Orders & Pieces
Are your pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Everything is made by hand, therefore pieces exist only once.
Even when a design is revisited, no two ever come out exactly the same. Materials behave differently, copper grows unpredictably, and small variations in tension, pattern, or placement mean each piece carries its own character.
Can I order the same piece again?
Not exactly. Some designs can be recreated in spirit, but never replicated perfectly. If you’re looking for something similar, feel free to reach out, I can let you know what’s possible or suggest alternatives.
I saw something on Instagram or at a market — is it still available?
Maybe. Not everything makes it to the website, and pieces can sell quickly at markets. If you’ve seen something you love, send a message with a screenshot or description — I’ll check if it’s still available or if something similar exists.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes! We take on a limited number of custom pieces depending on time and materials. If you have something in mind, send me a message and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
Sizing & Adjustments
Can necklace or bracelet lengths be adjusted?
Most can be shortened or lengthened, depending on the design.
It’s best to reach out before purchasing so we can confirm what’s possible. If you’re unsure about length, I’m happy to help you decide.
Materials
What materials do you use?
Materials vary per piece, but commonly include:
- Stainless steel (and gold-plated stainless steel)
- Copper (electroformed over organic materials)
- Brass, bronze, aluminium
- Glass, crystal, gemstones, and beads
- Textile elements such as cotton, wool, and other yarns

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Many pieces use stainless steel, which is generally well tolerated.
However, some designs include copper, brass, or plated elements, which may react differently depending on your skin. If you have sensitivities, feel free to ask before purchasing. We're happy to advise.
Care & Wear
How do I care for my jewellery?
Different materials require different care.
As a general rule:
- Keep pieces dry and store them separately
- Avoid perfumes, lotions, and prolonged moisture
- Copper may darken over time — this is a natural process

Do you offer repairs?
Yes, within reason.
If something breaks or needs attention, send a message with a photo. I’ll always see what can be done to repair or restore it.
Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within three working days.
During busy periods (such as market weeks or holiday seasons), processing may take a little longer, but I’ll always aim to get your order out as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location.
- Netherlands: usually a few working days
- EU: typically within 1–2 weeks
- International: may take longer depending on customs
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can I combine orders or make changes after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I can usually help.
Send a message as soon as possible and I’ll see what can be adjusted.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most pieces are one of a kind and handmade, returns are limited.
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch. Together we will find a solution.
Packaging
Orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Whenever possible, I reuse packaging materials to reduce waste. If you’d like your order wrapped as a gift, just leave a note at checkout or send a message, I’m happy to do so!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo and a short description.
I’ll take a look and we’ll find a solution together.
Other
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! If you’d like to give someone the freedom to choose their own piece, I can set up a gift card for you. Just send a message with the amount you have in mind.
