Can you change the length of the necklaces for me?
Why yes I sure can! Send me a message with how long you want it and I'll see what I can do. Unless you want it drastically different, this will be free of charge.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to three days to process your order and get it to a post office.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, within the EU! If you need shipping outside of the EU (inlc. the UK), please contact us for options. Please keep in mind you are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes.
What about shipping to the USA?
Exciting news! We're now shipping to the USA!
Quick heads up: any taxes, duties and customs fees for USA-bound orders are on you, the customer. These fees vary and are set by customs based on what you're ordering.
Our items travel between 5000 and 6500 kilometres depending on what coast you are on, so please give your parcel around 2 weeks to arrive. If you have any questions about shipping, don't hestitate to send a message!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with pictures and a description and we'll find a solution together.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! Contact us with the amount you'd like and we'll set it up.
How secure are the beads on the ornaments?
They are sewn on individually by hand, and the threads secured with a drop of fabric glue. No hot glue is used.
What does your packaging look like?
That depends! I reuse packaging I have lying around the house, the only thing I buy new is the envelopes/letterbox-boxes to make sure everything arrives in good order. You can rest assured that any plastic in your packages has been squirreled away until this very moment, waiting to be put to good use.
Why don't you sell on Etsy?
At my webshop, I've made a conscious decision not to list my products on Etsy. While Etsy can be a great platform for many sellers, I've chosen a different approach to offer my customers a unique shopping experience.
There have been several concerns raised by sellers on Etsy, including fee adjustments, algorithm changes impacting visibility, inconsistent policy enforcement, customer service issues, and a perceived shift in focus towards larger commercial sellers and factory-manufactured goods. Consequently, I've opted to maintain my independent webshop to have more control over my policies, fees, and the way I connect with my customers.
By operating independently, I aim to offer a more personalised and direct shopping experience for my customers. This enables me to maintain transparent pricing, customer service tailored to your needs, and a platform that aligns more closely with my values and commitment to providing high-quality products and services.
