Collection: Copper Curiosities

In this collection, copper is more than material. It grows, shifts, and settles into forms that are guided, but never fully controlled.

Each piece is created through electroforming, a slow process where copper builds over organic matter. Leaves, stems, and found fragments become the base for these electroformed copper pieces, their structure preserved and altered at the same time.

The surface is never uniform. Blooms, patinas, uneven textures and unexpected markings form as part of the process, not as flaws, but as record. Every piece carries the trace of how it developed, shaped by time, material, and slight variations in conditions.

Some remain close to their original form, almost like specimens held in metal. Others are taken further, shaped into handmade jewellery or combined with other elements, but all begin the same way.

Nothing here is repeated. Each piece is grown, and no two ever form in quite the same way.
